Music: By Maurice Ravel (one of the waltzes from Valses Nobles et Sentimentales, 1911, orchestrated 1912).

Choreography: By George Balanchine.

Premiere: 1923?

Cast: Nina Stukolkina or Nina Mlodzinskaya, male partner.

Note: Balanchine recalled that this dance was originally performed on the first Evening of the Young Ballet, June 1, 1923, at the Duma, Petrograd, although the poster announcing the program does not list it.
